1. Use of the Website

2. Services and Bookings

2.1 Service Description

Elite Casino Events provides casino-themed entertainment services for private and corporate events. Our services include rental of casino tables, equipment, and professional dealers for entertainment purposes only. All games are played with "fun money" or tokens that have no monetary value. No real gambling or betting with actual currency takes place at our events.

2.2 Booking Process

Booking requests can be made through our Site, by email, or by phone. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Elite Casino Events. A booking is not confirmed until you have received a written confirmation from us and paid the required deposit.

2.3 Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are as quoted on our Site or in our written communications. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms:

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking fee is required to secure a booking
• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event date
• For bookings made less than 14 days before the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified during the booking process

2.4 Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date: full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event date: 50% refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date: no refund

We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received according to the payment terms or if circumstances beyond our control make it impossible to provide the services. In such cases, we will refund any payments made, but we are not responsible for any additional costs or damages incurred as a result of the cancellation.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Venue Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that the venue for your event meets the following requirements:

• Sufficient space for the casino tables and equipment as agreed in the booking
• Adequate lighting, power supply, and accessibility
• A safe and secure environment for our staff and equipment
• Compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations

We reserve the right to refuse to set up or operate our equipment if the venue does not meet these requirements or if we consider it unsafe to do so.

3.2 Age Verification

You are responsible for ensuring that all participants in the casino activities are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears to be under 18 years of age and cannot provide valid proof of age.

3.3 Behavior of Guests

You are responsible for the behavior of all guests at your event. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who:

• Is behaving in a disruptive, abusive, or threatening manner
• Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs to an extent that may cause disruption or safety concerns
• Attempts to gamble with real money or exchange "fun money" for real value
• Damages or misuses our equipment

3.4 Damage to Equipment

You are responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by you or your guests during the event, except for normal wear and tear. We may charge you for the cost of repair or replacement of damaged equipment.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Elite Casino Events or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents
• Any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices
• Any derivative use of the Site or its contents
• Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant
• Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

4.3 Trademarks

The name "Elite Casino Events" and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Elite Casino Events or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

5. User Content

5.1 Submission of Content

Our Site may allow you to submit content, such as reviews, comments, or testimonials. By submitting content to our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

5.3 Monitoring and Enforcement

We have the right, but not the obligation, to:

• Remove or refuse to post any user content for any or no reason
• Take any action with respect to user content that we deem necessary or appropriate
• Disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights
• Take appropriate legal action, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Site

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ELITE CASINO EVENTS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elite Casino Events, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your user content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

12. Waiver

No waiver by Elite Casino Events of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Elite Casino Events to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any terms of service or other agreements incorporated by reference constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Elite Casino Events regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
